Windows 10: Browser Virus?

Hello i am a Windows 10 pro user, I have google chrome, I once downloaded a file and ran it, but before that i made sure that it was virus free by doing a virus check by Microsoft security and it says its safe. so I ran it it needed administrator commands and i did it since the security said it was virus free then i got several more administrator privilege's arguments and did it until an administrator command was told with a black screen behind it. Being afraid i cancelled it and scanned the whole file again no virus. and now for google there are all sorts of bad, underaged popups on this browser did this windows just installed a virus saying that its virus?

Did you scan with Adwcleaner and the Emsisoft Emergency Kit?

Did you follow all of the suggested steps in How to remove SafeSearch.net & SafeSearch Search (Mac & Windows) to include scanning
with Zemana, Malwarebytes and if necessary with Hitman Pro?

The scanners that have been recommended should work on "Safesearch" hijacker and also on "some other virus."

Did you reset your browsers as suggested in my previous post?

Presume you emptied temporary internet files, restarted the computer and tried a Quick Scan with your resident antivirus program?

Did you seek advice/assistance from your antimalware provider (Avast, Avira, McAfee, Norton, etc)?

Any new browser extensions that need to be disabled/removed?

Any new program installed that you need to remove?

All browsers log me off of websites

That could be, but with all browsers, all at once? That would suggest it's the virus protection. The virus protection lists each browser and the cookies that are supposedly in there that I could clean out if I wanted to. It's as if the browsers aren't
seeing the cookies.
