    TrayTipAgentE.exe can be related to a registry cleaned. Is it listed in Programs and Features to be removed? CCleaner is a good program as long as you don't use the registry cleaning portion of it.

    As far as browsermodifier-win32-diplugem goes, you might not need all of these, but start at the top and reboot after each one. Check for updates first and then scan with each one at a time until your machine is clean. Might take care of both issues.
