Windows 10: BSOD 0x124 hal.dll crash Windows 10

Hi! I've recently got this BSOD, I don't know what is the problem. (Sorry this is my first post here if I did something wrong.)

BSOD, Bug check code 0x00000133, caused by driver hal.dll

Lenovo ThinkPad with Intel i-7 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 professional edition, suddenly crashed with BSOD, Bug check code 0x00000133, caused by driver hal.dll

Attached is the minidump file.

Any hints an to what might have caused the problem ?

I did some research on this already and I have read these two links:

However, I'd like to see a solution a little more recent since Windows 10 has changed quite a bit since then. So, here is the info on my BSOD:

Current steps I took to identify or fix the problem:

- I clean installed

- I ran mdsched.exe to check my RAM

- Scanned my HDD (and SSD, not sure how much help scanning the SSD would be)

- Updated my Graphics Driver (This actually fixed a previous DirectX blue screen)

I have not:

- Ran any GPU or CPU stress tests (I'd like some more recent recommendations that would give the best results)

- Ran any HDD/SSD tests

My mobo hardware are:

- Geforce GTX 770 GPU

- Intel Quad-Core i7-4770 CPU

- Avermedia Live Gamer HD

- A HDD (Secondary) and a SSD (Primary) - If you want the models/manufacturers for them, let me know.

 

well I've done pretty much everything at this point..

what do I do after i realize what the problem is? which seems to be what @User -BOOZAD wanna know

do I just send my CPU into the store and say "you guys gave me a faulty hardware.. I WANT A NEW ONE" ?*sarc

could someone help out? I've check everything and still i get repeatedly BSOD

I have not fiddled with the bios settings,
I have don't have a bad air circulation either,
