Windows 10: BSOD 0xc0000225 - "System registry file is missing or contains errors"

Hi!Yesterday I started my computer, a custom built one Intel i5 , 16GB of RAM, WD SSD and HDDs, nVidia graphics, Gigabyte motherboard with Windows 10 Pro x64 v21H1, and during boot I got the following BSOD:Of course I googled that code, and ran as much commands as I could in the Command Prompt in a USB stick with Windows instalation I have, but they were useless.For example:Startup Repair wouldn't solve the problemsfc /scannow would return "Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation", although the counter would go all the way up to 100%...Repeated chkdsk c: /r , bu

BSOD, boot error 0xc000000f and system registry error 0xc0000225

Hi, I may have messed up my Windows quite abit after trying to do system restore while having problems with my GPU driver, all I had to do was reinstall the driver but I did a mistake of starting system restore after running DDU.

So this is what I did after searching stuff online, with pictures, in case it might help understanding my problem

I created a USB bootable media using rufus, and booted into it. I click into the UEFI:USB instead of the USB:USB because the latter did nothing and proceed to BSOD, while the first indeed boot into installation window.





Then I just proceed into the command prompt because startup repair did absolutely nothing.

I tried the bootrec.exe method because every tutorial I found lead to it, and did the steps carefully, but to no avail, it only returned to "the requested system device cannot be found" everytime after /rebuildbcd.





I also tried various other methods, but nothing worked, I dont know much about IT but after searching stuff, I suspect its because my windows partition is not GPT, while I boot up the media through UEFI so the USB media isnt working properly, is this the case?

This is the DISKPART log, see that my main drive where I install windows is not ticked as GPT

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

 

0xc0000225 boot error

For some odd reason when I turned on my computer today, I was greeted with the error 0xc0000225 stating that my NLS files were corrupt/missing. I am Running Vista x64 and so far have tried the following:

Replace NLS files
Windows repair utility
Restored an old working registry backup
Tried booting with different ram configurations
Created new BCD / Boot
Chkdsk


Google suggests something about apci, but my gigabyte ud3p doesn't have such an option (already vista compatible) and it seems to only occur to people who are initially installing and not people who already have a working copy.
