Windows 10: BSOD 5-10 mins in game Fallout 4

Hi, I just recently built a new pc to replace my existing one. All programs I have ran seem fine, however when I go to play Fallout 4 it goes to blue screen with 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay or just idling in game. I have reinstalled the video card drivers. I have reinstalled windows, ran memtest with 9 passes, no errors. I am not sure what else to do.

System restarts while accessing games from Steam on Windows 10

I bought a m2 ssd and did a fresh download of win 10 64 home OEM. After hand I install some of the programs I use, one being Steam. Steam installed fine and on small games downloads seems find, but when downloading bigger games (like GTA V and Fallout
4) it seems to consistently stop, forcing me to restart, almost like ether 3 secs to 5 mins. I read some posts, going as far as deleting and uninstall the steam and use the compatabily win 7 with no success.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to install as less as possible software using custom/advanced options.
