  1. BSOD after changing/going back to old GPU and reinstalling Windows 10

I'm getting BSOD almost every time I use my PC. Seems to be ok in safe mode and when playing games though.

    Specs are:

    Ryzen 5 3600
    MSI B450 Tomahawk
    16GB DDR4 3200mhz HyperX Predator
    500GB Crucial MX500 SSD
    Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB Windforce
    EVGA 500w PSU

It started initially when I switched GPUs. I upgraded to a MSI Radeon RX 5600 XT Mech OC which was causing black screens when playing games and the occasional BSOD. I returned the GPU and started using my 960 again but when I did that I was getting constant BSOD a couple of seconds after starting windows. Since then I have reinstalled windows a couple of times and also run DDU to ensure all AMD drivers for the GPU are gone, since then things have improved and I seem to be able to play games ok but I am still often getting BSOD when doing other things, I can't really see a pattern though. I read that it could be a RAM issue so ran memtest86 on each stick for 4 passes and got 0 errors.

I've included the following, most recent dump files:
    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoBZxZDFT5xmry9a33ruRqmPyS98?e=bu64Ne

    I'd really appreciate anyones help.

    :)

[Solved] Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142

I noticed quite some time ago that KB3119142 (Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package) kept reinstalling itself for some reason. At least once daily. Sometimes up to several times a day. I just ignored it. It didn't seem to be doing any harm. And I figured they'd eventually fix it. Well...days turned into weeks, weeks into months, with no end to the problem in sight. It dragged on unsolved for at least the last few months. Literally reinstalling itself hundreds of(at least a hundred, felt like more) times in that period of time.

So I finally googled it a couple days ago. And just got around to fixing it today. Which appears to have worked. And it couldn't have been easier to do. I feel so stupid to have let it intimidate me for so long.*Oops! BSOD after changing/going back to old GPU and reinstalling Windows 10
Below are links to the thread that I got the fix idea from, and the official MS support info page for KB3119142(from which I quoted the above).

    Reinstall Windows?

You don't need to reinstall windows. Go to the device manager and remove uninstall the processor and motherboard drivers listed. When you start the system back up you should be able to re-install the new ones. I just changed my mobo/processor Friday, everything is fine.

BTW I have seen some reviews that state practically no difference in using more than 2gb of ram.
