Windows 10: BSOD After Connecting TWS Bluetooth Headset Windows 10

Hello, when I connect my TWS bluetooth headset I immediately get a BSOD. This happens only with a particular bluetooth tws set Haylou T16. I have lots of other bluetooth headsets and speakers but none of them causing BSOD.


I couldn't figure out the cause of the problem, thanks for your help.

WIndows 10 cannot connect to a bluetooth headset.

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• What is the make and model of your headset and Bluetooth dongle?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you perform the steps posted on this article
to resolve Bluetooth connection issues in Windows 10.

Bluetooth TWS earbuds shown on Bluetooth list

My laptop Bluetooth version is 4.0, and the TWS is 5.0, but I think it should be backwards compatible?
I turn Bluetooth on, I go to Settings, there I see "Now discoverable as "DESKTOP-XXXXXXX". My Logitech Bluetooth keyboard+mouse combo is already connected. But the TWS is not showing up (The TWS earbuds are working, I already paired them to my smartphone)

What could be the problem?
