Windows 10: BSOD after Microsoft Office installation

Hello,after install Microsoft Office 2019 on a Windows 10 a lot of BSOD is coming outis a PC used only for office purpose no games, all software is originalthe software are only Microsoft Office, Firefox, Nextcloud and some other little open source application like 7zip and it is a fresh Windows installationthe PC is a Lenovo M91P with i5-2400 with 8GB RAMhow can i resolve the problem?which logs should I send and where?i think to exclude hardware fault because Linux on the same machine works very wellsincerely, G.

Help With Office 2013 Install

Our IT department sent a note about home use (Office 365, specifically), and this warning:

A suggestion... re-install Office 2010, then try to install 2013?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Type “Programs and Features” in the search box and press Enter.
• Check if Microsoft Office application is listed in the list of installed applications.
• If it is listed, then navigate to This PC>Local disc (C>Windows.old.
• Check if the Office application is present there.
• If still not found, then suggest you to install the application using the installation media.
