    BSOD after Windows 10 update

After a recent system update on my netbook running W10 Home, I get the BSOD showing error "Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap"
I googled the error and there are many suggested fixes, but the computer doesn't stay on long enough to try any of them.
I did a restore to the previous version and that was fine as it was back to normal however during the day it automatically downloaded the same update, installed it, and I was back to square one.
I tried to restore it again but that failed. When I tried again it said the previous restore did not complete and I should remove that, but that also failed.
Now I've had to do a system reset, keeping my files but losing all of my installed programs.
As soon as I boot up again, it's going to automatically download and install the problematic update and as far as I can see, there's no way to stop that.
I don't know which particular update causes this problem but it has been reset to 1903, so something after that.

Is there any way to stop auto updating.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
