Windows 10: BSOD after windows update

Hello all,


Recently my computer forced update while I was AFK. Since the update, I have not been able to get past the launching/boot screen.


I have tried restoring to a previous version (though, unfortunately, I was only able to restore to a Dec 6 2018 version because I deleted some previous Windows versions for storage space), factory resetting my PC (with and without keeping files), and normal restarting several times. Still no luck.


Some things that may help:

stop code: 0xC000021a

update that (likely) caused problem: kb4023057 2.52.0.0


Update:

after factory reset without saving personal files, PC has entered an endless reboot loop

Windows Update (BSOD)

Hi Guys.
I have Built a Machine for Crunching a few days ago and I have some issues with Windows Update.

I have installed all Windows Updates but there are around 9 left without been installed becasue everytime i try to install it the Machine Crash and I get a BSOD, can someone tell me what could be causing that Windows Updates makes a Machine crash and get BSOD?

Note: the Machine it's performing great but if i dare to touch the update option BSOD is ready waiting for me*Big Grin

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
