Discus and support BSOD Analysis Request in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I have experienced 3 BSODs since the most recent feature update (version 1809) on Oct 3.     BSOD Analysis Request


    I have experienced 3 BSODs since the most recent feature update (version 1809) on Oct 3. I have placed the 3 minidumps (minidump.zip), MSinfo32 .nfo and a system information file on OneDrive.

    I ran sfc /scannow after the 2nd BSOD and no errors or corrupted files were identified. I never install major or 'feature' updates when they're first released but this one caught me off guard and I could not prevent it.


    Anyone else having a similar experience?

  2. Win 10 BSOD Driver Verifier Dump Analysis Request

    Would someone with more dump analysis experience than I please take a look at my dumps to see if a particular driver(s) is causing BSOD on boot up? The BSOD gives me error code 139 but the machine appears to shutdown cleanly. If I understand the dump analysis
    correctly it is pointing to ntkrnlmp.exe which I find hard to believe is at fault. My hunch is the problem is related to the SSD.

    BSOD Analysis Request

    BSOD dump analysis request

    My machine is an Alienware 17 R2 (mid-2015) running Windows 10. I have had 3 BSOD's occur within the span of 2 weeks. The first BSOD threw a network driver "Qcamain.sys" error. The second was "Bad_pool_header". The third and most recent
    was "Bad_pool_caller". I highly doubt that the last two are caused by bad physical memory, as I have run memory tests and they turn up with no red flags.

    I'd like for some awesome person to analyze the dumps from these BSOD's and hopefully help pinpoint a driver or something that may be the cause.
