Windows 10: Bsod and crashes while playing games(ntoskrnl.exe)

I got BSOD and crashes while playing high performance games but not on low performance game such as League of Legends or Don't Starve Together I can play like straight 10 hrs but no BSOD or crashes but high performance games crash and BSOD at random times
*my PSU keep making loud noise when i turn the pc on(sometimes) and then the noise stop and goes back to normal*

here is my crash dump:

what I have tried to fix:
-clean install windows 10 and update to 1903
-install every Windows Update
-update BIOS to latest version
-reset BIOS to default setting
-ran Processor Diagnostic Tool
-ran memtest86
-ran SeaTools for HDD
-update all the driver in ASUS page
-update GPU to latest version
every diagnostic went fine tho no error


Specs:
-Intel core i5 3570 @ 3.40GHz
-RAM 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
-GPU GTX 1050 2GB
-MB ASUS B75M-A
-PSU ATX Tsunami CA 580W
-Windows 10 64-bit

Hello I did what you ask and I also uploaded the file in my old post here is the other stuff.







I could not find win32kbase.sys-20180210-2045.dmp

only win32kbase.sys

I also freed up space on C drive now to 68.5gb free of 235 gb
