I have been running Dell Update, but it never recommended this updated driver. I went ahead an updated the driver. I also changed the power management to "High Performance".

If it crashes again, I will disable AHCI power management.

My computer has not crashed yet after updating the SSD firmware. I will reinstall Cisco AnyConnect, if it crashes one more time.

    Hello @zbook,

I am all set with this. Looks like this was an issue with Windows 10 itself. After installing all the updates, the number of BSOD's have reduced. Now they are almost once in couple of months, which i am ok to deal with.

Thank you all the other too who tried to help me.

    Hi nags,

    You are welcome.
That's great that it was improved with with updates.
We are using a new log collector.
Let's have a look at what has happened in the past 6 - 7 months.
Maybe some residual can be found.
    log collector v2-beta08.zip
    (extract > open)
See if you can use the beta log collector and post an updated zip into the thread for troubleshooting.
