Windows 10: Bsod blues

I dont usually have much BSOD trouble on my 2-in-1 Tablet PC but lately I have been getting the same BSOD increasingly frequently. Each time Who Crashed? (Resplendance) tells me they have the same cause: "System Service Exception Wiset64.sys". This I believe relates to a particular Wise app which I neither use or want, so probably in my innocent I thought all I might have to do is delete it. But when I finally found it I could not delete it but got the message that it is in use, though I dont know why. Before I I embark on the procedure explained in this Forum, can it be confirmed that this is what I need to do?

I am up to my (vanishing) hair with other really urgent work so want to make sure there is no simple alternative before following your instructions, but the rising frequency of this BSOD may force my hand.

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks

 

Blue Screen Problems

How long did you let memtest run for? I would let it run overnight. Did you try running something like Intel Burn Test? It sounds like you took the steps I would suggest. I had that same motherboard (and E8400) and when I had that BSOD it was always memory related.
