Windows 10: BSOD browsing Google form

Discus and support BSOD browsing Google form in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; When you remove a driver from device manager and reboot, it'll be installed again.     Having uninstalled the driver and then restarted, the driver appears to have been reinstalled. Although Windows states that "This device is working properly." I cannot connect to the internet wirelessly. The blue light on the the wireless dongle no longer comes on. Help

    I have a Dell Desktop that has wireless connectivity via a small device that plugs into the back of the PC. It has always worked and it is controlled by the Dell driver I uninstalled.

    It only links to the wireless card in the PC. And worked every day until the point I uninstalled the driver

    Dell. I suspect it's the wireless aerial. T'was all part of the original set up. I think that unless I can find a replacement/original driver that works on Windows 10, I'll need to buy a Windows 10 compatible wireless card and replace the original.

    Ok, the suggestion didn't actually mean the driver was causing issues, it was only meant to minimalize the causes *Smile

    Have you had bluescreens meanwhile?

    BSOD browsing Google form

    After much surfing I uninstalled Kaspersky 2015. As soon as so-doing, my WLAN card sprang into life. Then an upgrade to Kaspersky v16 and all is still well with the world (wide web).

    It remains to be seen whether BSOD has been defeated, so I'm going to keep the thread open for a few days........
