Windows 10: BSOD browsing Google form

    Freqent BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe

    Me too is ASUS G551VW, BSOD is always randomly crash if browsing with Google Chrome, I has try many many many instruction to fix it, but still exist, may someone been fix it 100% ?

    Save form entries

    Save form entries in edge not working. It is turned on and under Clear browsing data the Form data box is not checked.

    I also can not wind a way to contact Microsoft support.

    Hi Buster,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

    It appears you have had 3 crashes in the past 2 months.
    With this 0xEF(CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED) it could mean a hardware problem, but this time not with so much time between each crash.
    So, we are likely searching for a driver, or a program that is running in the background.

    Lets first start with old drivers.
    Please uninstall Kaspersky while troubleshooting, it has a few old drivers that might have influence on the cause.

    My Dell Wireless Driver (1505 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-Card) has the most up to date driver installed (according to a windows search). Driver version is 5.100.245.200

    Yes.

    Device Manager => Network Adapters => Dell Wireless 1505...... => right click => Update Driver Software.....

    Unfortunately although I have managed to download a later Dell Driver, the installer won't install it on the "unsupported" Windows 10 platform

    I see yes, the installer is incompatible because Windows 10 is released a few months ago while the installer was released in 2014.

    Remove the driver in device manager, reboot your system so Windows can install it again and see how it goes.

    By the way, has Windows installed any drivers through Windows Update?

    I'm a bit reluctant to remove the driver on the basis that I'd need to be online for Windows to install it.

    I have no idea whether Windows Update has installed any drivers...... how do you check?

    No driver updates since upgrading to Windows 10. The updates have covered security updates, general for x64-based, Windows Defender (one of which failed to install and so I've re-run and all is OK), updates for Office products and Malicious s/ware removal tool.

    If we're confident that bcmwl63al.sys is the likely culprit, I can sort out an ethernet connection (using a homeplug) and remove the driver.....
