Windows 10: BSOD Bug Code 0x00000139, ntoskrnl.exe, Driver Verifier lists cause as npusbio_x64.sys

I have been getting more and more frequent blue screens, and the most common cause seems to be ntoskrnl.exe with bug code 0x00000139. I just followed the guide to test with driver verifier and the cause was listed as npusbio_x64.sys with bug code 0x000000c4.


I have four recent .DMP files in a .ZIP and MSInfo at the following google drive link:

The .DMP for driver verifier is 062120-8953-01


I have attempted to download all current windows updates and have run SFC and DISM. I have run the memory test with no errors found and also checked both my C: drive an SSD with windows installed and my D: hard drive, both had no issues found.

Ntoskrnl BSOD

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

BSOD Windows 10 - Driver Verifier causing windows to boot loop and carnt get BSOD to find driver at fault. need help!

Hi,

I have just managed to run a driver verifier with only selecting a couple of drivers at a time.

I selected all Nvidia drivers and one other 'netfilter2.sys'...

I managed to get it to a BSOD and have checked the dump file (see below)

it turned out that the 'netfiler2.sys' driver failed the driver verifier check so I have now removed this from my computer.

The AMD driver, same as in this post has been flagged.
Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from here
