    BSOD Bugcheck 0x0000003b

Hi to all and thank you for creating this forum; I have been recently noticing that my computer sometimes hangs up with a blank screen when the windows 10 login screen is supposed to load. I am forced to press the reset button in order to eventually log on.
I have then noticed through event viewer a bugcheck warning. I have been trying to find what the cause or issue might be but I have not had any luck. I am attaching a report as per forum rules in case anyone might be able to shed some light into this issue.
    Many thanks for any help.

    :)

The computer has rebooted from a bug check, constant BSODs

    Hello,

So strangely today, I've got three BSODs today, and I'm wondering if anybody can help pinpoint what could be the problem?

Two of the three BSOD messages I remembered are

    • IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
    • System Service Exception
    The three bugcheck messages were

    The bugcheck was: 0x00000019 (0x000000000000000e, 0xffffe001187ef6b0, 0x820b953f09d46faa, 0xaa0b953f09d46faa).

    The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff801b57a4cb9, 0xffffd000582dd570, 0x0000000000000000).

    The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000041000000930, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff802fb25d488).

And this is my onedrive link for the minidump files

I don't know what is on your system, but I do know some of it is against the rules.
Please cleanup your system of cracks/bypasses + related software, no crack/bypass and related software may be on your system to proceed.

Hi axe0 thanks for your reply; however I cannot seem to understand what cracks or bypass software you are referring to, my OS is genuine, AV is licensed and also anti-malware is paid. My games are also genuine. I would be more than happy if you can maybe point out what software is showing up as a system crack.
    Thank you.

The hosts file is full of lines, but it is unclear to me what it all is.

Ah yes I think I know what it is; it is an ad blocker for edge, to basically block ads when I browse sites. I hate it when I browse a site and all of a sudden a video loads up on the side and starts playing.
So what you are seeing is the ad blocker which included those sites in the hosts file...

An adblocker that adds bypasses in the hosts file for software like Adobe?

  9. edd080 Win User
I didn't notice anything of that sort, apart from the fact that I do not have any Adobe software installed except for the official reader which is a free download if I am not mistaken.
If you open the hosts file the first line reads as follows
"# Edge Adblock# zegt (Alessandro Celso) · GitHub https://www.heisenbug.eu.org# This hosts file is brought to you by Dan Pollock and can be found at# http://someonewhocares.org/hosts/# You are free to copy and distribute this file for non-commercial uses"
I have not modified or touched the hosts file in any way.

I understand it, but please put back the original hosts file if you still have it, else just delete everything in the hosts file.
This is just for the time of troubleshooting to prevent future problems related to this *Smile

I did not keep a copy unfortunately of the original hosts file, is this bluescreen related to the hosts file then? or is it something else?

It might look like piracy for software or something, pirated software contains modified code what causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
So it is against the rules and might make it more difficult to troubleshoot.
It does usually not cause bluescreens directly, but indirectly it causes a lot of problems.

Ok I reverted to the original hosts file; googled around and managed to reset it back.. I am uploading a new log file..

Please try a reinstallation of Malwarebytes
    Clean removal: https://support.malwarebytes.org/cus...5311?b_id=6438
Install: Free Cyber Security & Anti-Malware Software
Malwarebytes Web Access Control, the web protection driver, could use some updating.
Best way to do this would be a reinstallation, because upgrading directly sometimes causes little trouble.

I mainly use it for gaming and that sort *Smile
