BSOD caused by hal.dll and ntoskernal.exe

    Hi all,

I have a user with BSOD issue caused from HAL.DLL and NTOSKERNAL.EXE.

Laptop is a Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 6, running with Windows 10 ( ver. 1803 ) and all the latest driver and firmware ( updated with System Update ).

I cannot find more information on what could be causing the issue, someone can help to indentify the corrupted driver/hardware ?

    Here the minidump file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qSaWHcTs3Xg7Y_5Tga7uyV012M5suL22/view?usp=sharing

    UT3.EXE Kernel32.DLL error

Kernell32.dll is not the piece being shut down, it is UT3.EXE with mod name kernel32.dll.

    HAL DLLs error on XP

Sorry for my noobness but I didnt really understand completely what HAL is ,but
to cut to the chase, is it a harware or sofware problem I am having?

What I understood is that HAL helps my computer comunicate with the other components.
