  1. BSOD caused by hal.dll and ntoskernal.exe

I have a problem with my ASUS UX410UAK Laptop since a couple of weeks (after a forced bios update). It started with a freezing bootscreen. Currently I get just randomly bluescreens while working with my laptop sometimes every 10 minutes sometimes after 3 hours. The annoying thing about is, that the laptop freezes after a bluescreen at the bootscreen. Then I have to wait a couple of minutes before I can boot the laptop again.

I tried to read the minidumps with the windows debugger but without success. Hopefully one of you can help me with it.

    The Bluescreenviewer tells me this:

    082019-14968-01.dmp

    20.08.2019 16:35:49

    0x00000133

    00000000`00000001

    00000000`00001e00

    fffff801`2975a380

    00000000`00000000

    hal.dll

    hal.dll+65d00

    x64

    ntoskrnl.exe+1b3f50

    C:\Windows\Minidump\082019-14968-01.dmp

I'm currently travelling and the asus support is not very helpful.

You can find the latest minidump here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsjDF50GPPURhqYjA8t_joCMnN-b9w?e=KtkaKR

    Specs:

    Intel Core i5-7200U

8 GB on Board RAM + 16GB GB additional RAM

    Intel HD Graphics 620

I would open the laptop and remove the RAM but unfortunately I don't have any tools with me.

    Cheers

    :)

    UT3.EXE Kernel32.DLL error

Kernell32.dll is not the piece being shut down, it is UT3.EXE with mod name kernel32.dll.
