Windows 10: BSOD Code "IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and Taskbar not functioning properly on startup.

I have recently been having issues with my computer where it bluescreens with the code "IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and after restarting, the Taskbar fails to load properly. Icons do not show, the Windows key does not work, and I need to restart the "Windows Explorer" executable using Task Manager multiple times to get it to function again. Assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

BSOD IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

About after 10 minutes of playing a game, or if I exit the game, my laptop will crash and the error that comes up is IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What does this mean and is there anyway to fix it?

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

BSOD on startup SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED


Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window.

The Micro SD Card controller driver has been flagged.
This is a driver you cannot update as there are no updates available.
