  2. Kernel Security Check BSOD

Okay, my computer started crashing again without. This time it crashed while just browsing the internet so it wasn't being strained that much.

I've updated the ati drivers and the corsari drivers.

Here is the minidump, if you could let me know whats going on that would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

  3. Kernel Security Check BSOD

    Hi,

This link leads to "File might not exist or is no longer available"

    OneDrive

Hopefully updating the video driver will resolve the issue.

One thing that worries me is that the BSOD came after 2 hours and that suggests heat as the cause.

Check with Nvidia Support and forums to see if there are currently known issues with the driver versions available.

Running Driver Verifier can help determine the cause for a BSOD by creating a minidump to analyze however it does not fix anything. Running DV can also cause system instability when there would otherwise be none so it should only be run on when trying to discover
info to help and even then not on a regular basis.

    Hope this helps.

BSOD Code kernel security check fail

    Hello hanger *Smile

Most BSOD events are caused by 3rd party drivers (not the Microsoft ones). It is possible that the factory reset has changed the driver so that might be why it now appears to be OK. After more time has passed you might find drivers get updated again and the BSOD will reappear. If this happens please post a set of log files as recommended at the top of the page:
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
and we can take a look to see if we can identify the cause.
