BSOD crash report, looking for help

So I've been experiencing seemingly random BSOD crashes on my new PC, which is running Windows 10 on a home-assembled AMD PC -- I can upload exact specs of the parts I've used if necessary. I'll attach the uploadedminidump file from the most recent crash, but from what I can tell on my own in WinDbg, this minidump presents a different culprit from the last one. This one names PSINKNC, which is part of Panda Security antivirus, and it is taken from after I followed the instructions here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983?page=3

But previous minidump files run through "!analyze -v"return a different PROCESS_NAME for something seemingly mundane like Firefox.

I can't figure out what is going on here, as I use my PC at other times for what would seem like more strenuous things than just web browsing or other such things, and I don't think it's ever crashed while doing those, and yet it crashed when I was doing the NYT crossword on their webpage this morning. Can anyone here help me figure this out?

Here is the minidump file: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AgRPoZ1gdUema_i_vUnu5IvoFzA

    :)

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
