Windows 10: BSOD crashes, primarily while gaming. (ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll)

Hi,

I've just bought my new laptop, a ROG STRIX Scar II GL504GV (with an added SO-DIMM card also at 16gb and 2666mhz).

I've tried to update windows and drivers yet problems persist.
When I run BlueScreenView, 2 dumpfiles appear. One with the Bug Check String IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL (this one did not cause a BSOD and occured 10mins before the crash) and one with a blank bug check string (which caused the BSOD) - although windows notified me upon BSOD that it was a dpc_watchdog_violation error.

The first occurence (IRQL) had a singular issue with ntoskrnl.exe with size 0x00ab5000
The second occurence (dpc_watchdog) which caused BSOD states ntoskrnl.exe with the same size as above, but also hal.dll with size 0x000a3000

chkdsk /scan found no problems.
sfc /scannow "found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

My winver is 1903 (OS build 18362.295)
Windows Memory Diagnostic also revealed no issues earlier today and anti-virus softwares have been uninstalled.

*edit* I decided to give it another go after installing the new nvidia drivers _just_ released, but was greeted with another BSOD after 30 seconds of gameplay - this time the error was MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (but still an issue with ntoskrnl.exe size 0x00ab5000).

What are my next steps? What other information do you need to evaluate the problem?

1). My system successfully created another dump file (usually it would hang): Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

2). I uninstalled all AMD related software and gpu drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller. I was able to reinstall just the AMD gpu driver by extracting the software package and obtaining the driver folder with 7zip.

3). I ran both sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. No errors found on either scan. I could not post a picture because the command prompt window would immediately close after the test was finished.

4). Bios is up to date.

5). I reset Bios.

6). Prime95 would freeze my pc everytime between 20-30min into test. CPU temps topped out at 70c average.




7). Ran memtest86+ for 15 hours and made 11 passes with no errors.

10). Typical temps for my PC.

11). I will be running FurMark tonight and will monitor temps.
