Windows 10: BSOD - Critical Process Died

I am running Windows 10 on a desktop computer, clean installation, custom built. My system was working fine for 2 weeks. In the third week i started to notice Explorer.exe hanging up. I disabled every live tile in my Start menu and unpinned some stuff too. The Explorer crash stopped and everything was fine for a few days, but yesterday the BSOD started to happen with the message "Critical Process Died". I was running a defective HDD, but not for the system files or any program. I left some videos and photos in it, that was the cause to keep it, but i made a backup of everything and i uninstalled it after the BSOD started to occur.

The BSOD happens every time i wake the PC, and sometimes when i i'm just browsing the web with Chrome. Playing games was fine. I played Trove, Assassins Creed Chronicles - China and Project Cars. I have other games too, but i just played those 3 after the BSOD started. When i was playing i didn't noticed anything.

Cannot find/create dumps to upload for crash support

Yes, I am still crashing. Most often ends on bsod: critical process died. If not that, then on a red screen that is followed by shutdown.

Welcome to the 10forums.

Unfortunately, it is not really clear what could cause this crash as there might be many causes.
I will give some suggestions to get a direction for a solution, please follow the instructions carefully.

First, there are known problems with the sleep function, please use the feedback app for this problem to inform Microsoft about it.

Please try following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Please download and install Malwarebytes free (Uncheck trial version in the installation process)
Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner and Kaspersky TTDSKiller.

Please try the following:

• Open taskmanager
  • Go to the tab startup
  • disable everything
• Search msconfig and open it
  • Go to the tab services
  • Check 'hide microsoft services'
  • Uncheck all other services
  • Click apply and click ok
• Reboot if asked

See if the problem persist, if the problem does not persist enable in the startup tab in taskmanager 1 item and in the services tab in msconfig also 1 service, reboot and see if the problem persist. Keep doing this until you find the culprit or there is nothing left.

System specs updated (PSU i will add later, i don't remember and i need to open the case).

SFC came clean without any warnings twice.

Malwarebytes and Kaspersky TTDSKiller say it's clean. Adwcleaner found some registry to exclude like Explorer shell and Chrome search providers. I did the cleaning and now, after the explorer shell registry deletion it seams to be running ok. I will keep testing and post later if the problem persist or if it's solved.
