    BSOD Critical Structure Corruption 0x00000109

I am hoping someone can help me resolve the below issue:

Recently... My PC has started to frequently display the BSOD whilst using the PC Not when starting up. The BSOD comes up saying:-

    Stop code: Critical Structure Corruption

    What Failed: Ntfs.sys

When looking at the problem details in Windows, it states "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000109 0xa3a00d6153c8d60a, 0xb3b719e7a64a5032, 0xfffff8066c800000, 0x000000000000002c. and a dump was saved..."

I have not added any new hardware or devices to the computer for a while and the issue is just now becoming apparent and more frequent.

    PC details are:

Windows 10 Pro, version 2004, OS Build 19041.508

    AMD Ryzen 3900x

    Samsung 970Evo Plus 1TB PCIe M.2 2280 SSD

    Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master Motherboard

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Super Windforce

    Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB 4x8GB DDR4 DRAM 3600Mhz C16

And there were no yellow or exclamation points in Device Manager....just a long list of items repeated which I don't understand why.

I did zip the last full Memory Dump and uploaded it to Google Drive. Link was in previous post. Did it not work? Although I can reboot into normal state to really use computer without BSOD Crit Struc Corrup I need to stay in safe mode.

    BSOD, Critical Structure Corruption

    Dear Ztruker,

Thank you for your advice. I attempted the installation of the latest BIOS version as you suggested.

    Attachment 103728

Unfortunately, after updating the BIOS version, I am still seeing the BSOD with the error of critical structure corruption with the computer. I have attached the updated DM log file, hoping that you could provide further suggestions.

    Thanks again.

    BSOD, Critical Structure Corruption

    Dear Ztruker,

Thanks so much for the help.

I removed the two 1GB memory modules and run the machine with two 2GB memory modules as you suggested. Unfortunately, the computer still experiences similar frequency of "Critical Structure Corruption" and BSOD. I have attached the updated dump file to help further troubleshoot.

I have also did the memory test with memtest86. As shown in the image below, no errors were found for the RAMs.
    Attachment 97532

In the past with Windows 7, this computer was very reliable. I haven't seen BSOD with this computer with Windows 7. The BSOD issues arose only after I updated the computer to Windows 10. Since last post, I have also updated the computer to the latest Windows 10 version with "Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant". But the upgrade did not solve the BSOD (critical structure corruption) either.

Could you provide further suggestions? Your help is much appreciated!
