Hi. Sorry for my bad English.

Three days ago I bought a new PC:

    Ryzen 5 1600 AF Stepping

    Zotac GTX 1660 Super

    Gigabyte B450M-DS3H

    Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 (2x8)

I never have frequent BSoD problems but in this new PC seems to be frequent.

I will try to explain the details in case you need it:

I installed Windows (USB boot) and simply updated it (Win Update)... (I didn't update the chipset, audio, internet ... only the Nvidia drivers manually) because I thought that Windows Update should have all the drivers correctly.

About the drivers, I'm frustrated. On the Gigabyte website I found a chipset driver (there were 3 although I think they were the same but new version) :

    1. AMD Chipset Driver
      (Note) Win10 ver.1903 supported.
(Note) For 3rd AMD Ryzen CPU support.
    2. AMD Chipset Driver
      (Note) Win10 ver.1809 supported.
(Note) For AMD Athlon 200-series APU support.
    3. AMD Chipset Driver
      (Note) Win10 ver.1809 supported.

I only installed the first one but BSoD kept showing up. Then I used a software to find drivers (DriversCloud), I downloaded it and it found new drivers for the motherboard (I don't understand it) that were called AMD Software but they never let me install it, they gave an error (installation failed)

I started playing games (with the PS4 controller connected) and BSoD started popping up frequently, every 1-2 hours, for the time being while playing.

I started doing tests ... RAM diagnosis (windows tool), FurMark for the GPU, CPU stress, sfc / scannow, chkdsk commands ... and I think everything was fine.

I was discarding things, I saw on Google that it may be due to external devices so at a certain moment I plugged in the PS4 controller again and the BSoD appeared at the same time After that I don't know what to do. I'm not sure if this is normal or should I call the technical support that set up the pc. I don't know if it's the drivers, hardware ...

    Thank you.

And there were no yellow or exclamation points in Device Manager....just a long list of items repeated which I don't understand why.

I did zip the last full Memory Dump and uploaded it to Google Drive. Link was in previous post. Did it not work? Although I can reboot into normal state to really use computer without BSOD Crit Struc Corrup I need to stay in safe mode.

    BSOD, Critical Structure Corruption

    Dear Ztruker,

Thanks so much for the help.

I removed the two 1GB memory modules and run the machine with two 2GB memory modules as you suggested. Unfortunately, the computer still experiences similar frequency of "Critical Structure Corruption" and BSOD. I have attached the updated dump file to help further troubleshoot.

I have also did the memory test with memtest86. As shown in the image below, no errors were found for the RAMs.
    Attachment 97532

In the past with Windows 7, this computer was very reliable. I haven't seen BSOD with this computer with Windows 7. The BSOD issues arose only after I updated the computer to Windows 10. Since last post, I have also updated the computer to the latest Windows 10 version with "Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant". But the upgrade did not solve the BSOD (critical structure corruption) either.

Could you provide further suggestions? Your help is much appreciated!

    BSOD, Critical Structure Corruption

    Dear Ztruker,

Thank you for your advice. I attempted the installation of the latest BIOS version as you suggested.

    Attachment 103728

Unfortunately, after updating the BIOS version, I am still seeing the BSOD with the error of critical structure corruption with the computer. I have attached the updated DM log file, hoping that you could provide further suggestions.

    Thanks again.
