Windows 10: BSOD - Critical Structure Corruption

Good afternoon,


Please can someone assist me. We purchased this laptop around 6-months ago seller refurbished. It is an HP G7 ProBook.


The machine has suffered from countless BSODs but this latest error code is different. It says Critical Structure Corruption.


The machine recently would not boot and I was worried that we had lost all our accounts. Luckily I was able to caddy the SSD one of these new style drives on like a stick of RAM and copy from it my Sage accounting software backup.


The PC has since been reset, all Windows updates completed, and all the HP updates also done using HP Support Assistant. I even took a punt and updated the BIOS to a 2018 version. And it has been running fine.


Well today it has blue screened again with this latest error code. If you want to see the crash dump please let me know. And advise the best way of sharing. The machine has booted into Windows fine it is just annoying and I worried I will come in one day and it has crashed again.

ps, I have now purchased a cloud backup solution for all five machines in the office and are taking daily backups of all the accounts. So I should not have the worry of losing anything. I just want this issue resolving.

BSOD Critical Structure Corruption




And there were no yellow or exclamation points in Device Manager....just a long list of items repeated which I don't understand why.













I did zip the last full Memory Dump and uploaded it to Google Drive. Link was in previous post. Did it not work? Although I can reboot into normal state to really use computer without BSOD Crit Struc Corrup I need to stay in safe mode.

Thank you for your advice. I attempted the installation of the latest BIOS version as you suggested.

Unfortunately, after updating the BIOS version, I am still seeing the BSOD with the error of critical structure corruption with the computer. I have attached the updated DM log file, hoping that you could provide further suggestions.
