    Hello everyone,Since a couple of days a client is facing BSOD/random restarts everyday. She is running the latest Windows 10 version and has received a new Dell 5500 laptop yesterday with the harddrive transferred from her 3 yr old Dell.We tried Dell updates, Windows updates, sfc /scannow etc but to no avail.Please find the BSOD dumps in following WeTransfer link: https://we.tl/t-AaW5ASoWnC Thanks in advance!

    Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:
    1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
    2. is not pirated software or illegal
    Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

    In that case I haven't a clue. I haven't personally used pirated software in a few years. Multiple searches for WinDivert.sys/WinDivert64.sys completes with zero results so I'm unsure. I have a VPN and wireshark installed, or at least I did but haven't uninstalled it properly because a few of its files disappeared. It's the same with ccleaner and other programs, sometimes if I haven't used them in a long time they randomly disappear. BSOD CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED ntoskrnl.exe o_O I'll continue my search for this system file. Moving on from that anyway, attempted a DISM scan just in case but its clean.

    • Update your Realtek audio driver.
    • Update your computer.
    • Disable overclocking settings.
    • Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
    • Clean your registry.
    • Check your disk for errors.
    • Fix bad memory issues.
    • Remove faulty sticks of RAM.
