Windows 10: BSOD - DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, DMP file inside (0x00000133 : ntoskrnl.exe)

Hi everyone,


Been encountering this issue on and off for the past few weeks. Noticed it happens most frequently after pausing a YouTube video. Not sure what's happening as I've updated my drivers on everything.

I recieve an BSOD with the error 0x00000133 in Windows 10.

I've seen several posts on the DPC_Watchdog_Violation error 133 but none specific to what I'm trying to find. As the DMP's all point to the HAL and ntoskrnl I suspect it's in large part to the older [PC relative] hardware I'm running. Been an insider for
about a year and this error is somewhat new, post public release in July 2015.

I suspect it's video related (NVidia 8400gs) or related to a SATA drive; just my gut. Feeling very much like a nube. Any help would be appreciated.

I did run the Windows Verifier which bricked my PC. I had to restore it from the recue DVD and HD backup I had made.

Please see this recent thread - you have the same problem and need to use an older version of the rtwlane.sys driver.

it says that it regards the BIOS. . . . ?
