Windows 10: BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

Hi,


I've got BSOD when cold start the computer.


Computer is DELL Alienware Aurora R8.

I already open a support case at DELL support.

All drivers, chipsets and BIOS are up-to-date.

Windows 10 ver 1909 18363.693 is up-to-date

Graphics pilotes are up-to-date too.

I'va done advanced analyse with Driver Verifier and WinDbg Windows Debugger.

If I correctly understood, when the PC boot with bluetooth enable, it try to connect to the gamepad controller but crash with "A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time". No problem when boot with bluetooth disable.

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, 0x0000009f afer wakeup

hi,
recently ive been getting [table][tr][td]DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE[/td] [td]0x0000009f[/td] [/tr] [/table]

after wakeup from sleep. Two new things have happened before it started, but dont know if its connected.

updated to insider 17744.1003 and updated intel driver to 24.20.100.6286.

Any clues whats going on?

 

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe bsod 0x0000009f when hibernating or sleeping

So every now and then when I put my system to sleep or hibernate, my system stays on with a black screen and will not shut down unless I power off or reset button. Then it boots up as a crash and it shows I had a bsod in the logs.
