Windows 10: BSOD during rendering in 3D Max, DRIVER CORRUPTED EXPOOL

Hi guys,
I am usually able to solve computer problems by myself, but this one is getting me crazy.

I am making some renderings in 3D Max, and I am constantly getting BSOD's with error - DRIVER CORRUPTED EXPOOL.
It's driving me nuts, can you please help me finding the cause?

Thanks for the reply. I have 24 gigabytes of ram installed and i did memtest about 4 or 5 times its says they're ok. I already installed lastest drivers nvidia provide. Last time it crashed i got minidump file at last. Im attaching
the dump file. I hope it helps.

1) What is the size of RAM(Random access memory) on your computer?

2) Is the issue confined to 3Ds max application?

I would suggest you to download the latest Nvidia SLI driver for Windows 10 and try installing it.
