Windows 10: BSOD error "video memory management internal"

Hello,

I need help solving a repeating BSOD issue. This first occurred over the weekend when I was playing a game on Steam, and it has happened 3 more times again today. Today though, the BSOD now happens when I try to wake my PC from sleep.


I have put my PC to sleep a number of times today, and the last three times I tried to wake it, I got the same BSOD error each time. I don't know how to diagnose it and I need help. My PC is one that I custom built, but everything has been running fine for months until a few days ago. I have not installed any new software in that time. My motherboard has had trouble resuming from sleep since I bought it and installed it in March, but I dont think this is related since it never had a blue screen error before.

Windows version: 20H2

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080 latest drivers

Can anyone assist me. I keep getting a blue screen error (Video memory management internal) before my computer restarts itself. Any ideas?

Hello,

i m getting BSOD screens the last days whenever i play a game in my laptop being unable to finish a single game.

The message says video memory management internal in a bsod.

My system is Intel Core i5-5200U@2.2ghz, 4gb ddr3 ram,nvidia geforce 920M with driver 416.94. I play the game Dota2 in 1280*760 in the lowest graphic settings in full screen.

I dont know what to do.

 

Video Memory Management Internal BSOD

I am using Asus X450JF Laptop with Windows 10 Home Single Language (Version 1703 build 15063.726) and activated with digital license linked with my account. Lately I've been experiencing repeatedly BSOD with "Video Memory Management Internal" error message.
I've figured out from several questions similar to me that this might be caused by uncompatible video drivers. I want to know which version of drivers that compatible for my Laptop since it requires both Intel HD 4600 driver and nVidia GeForce 745M.

Really appreciate any help.
