BSOD error when computer sits idle for 10min+

Im running windows 10 and I've been getting these blue screen errors .. It usually happens when my computer is left idle for over 10-20 mins.. It displays a blue screen and then restarts. At first i had no clue . Later i checked the minidump folder and i found those BSOD log files. Please help me and provide fix for this .. Ive uploaded my system zip file as per the instructions. Before i used to get these errors while playing games but now they are even more frequent. As soon i leave my pc idle or doing some work and im away i encounter this bsod. Please help me fix these issues

    :)

Still related to hardware. Get the HD makers utility and run it.
