  1. BSOD every time I try to shut down computer - Driver Issues?

    Hey,

My computer is having so many issues and I can't figure out how to fix it. It has been going on for more than a month, and the issues have been random so I can never understand how to fix it.

I've talked to Microsoft help center multiple times and they try to fix 1 problem and another shows up and it never really gets resolved.

The issues that I been having so far

    1) Speakers from the monitor is not working. It is attached via HDMI. It works when I first start up my computer, but then it stops working (driver disappears). I do not see the driver anymore in driver manager.
    2) My keyboard randomly works with windows app. It works fine normally, but when I try to type in any app or in edge it doesn't work. This happens very randomly. It works when I first start up the computer, but then stops and then will start working again.
    3) This has only happened once, but my HDD was not recognized. I have an SSD where the OS is installed and a HDD for files. It stopped working one day when I resumed from standby. I couldn't locate the drive anymore. But when I restarted the computer, it worked again
    4) Computer sometimes does not shut off. The monitor goes off, but I hear the computer still running, so I have to force shut it by holding down the power button.
    5) Rarely (happened once) the computer won't stay off. I would shut down and it would turn right back on again. I eventually force shut it down by holding down power button and it remained off.

I updated all my drivers and there are still issues.
I updated the graphic drivers many times, changing it from different versions, but there are still issues

I don't know if it is a component issue. I built my computer in May and it was working perfectly until September. I think it might have been the new windows 10 update, but I am not entirely sure. I don't think the issues appear right when I updated, maybe a few days or a week later.

I am not sure what tests to run either to troubleshoot or debug this issue.

The only error I get is the BSOD when I try to shut down/restart my computer. The error message I get is "Driver Power State Failure". This happens when the driver for the sound for my monitor goes missing. It never loads when I standby my computer. When I turn on my computer from shutdown, the sound will work fine, but then when I standby and turn on again, sound stops working. When this happens, and I turn off my computer, it will try to shutdown and take around 10 minutes before getting the BSOD.

  2. Windows 10 usb bugcode bsod

Hello a recently update my computer to Windows 10. But now I deal with BSOD every time I reboot or shut down computer. So I am unable to install any update or change settings witch needs reboot.

    the error is 0x000000fe (0x0000000000000004, 0xffffe000e61185c0, 0xffffe000e5a2e8b0, 0xffffe000e609a01c)

and I try to unplug all usb devices (except keyboard) and restart computer, but the error still ocures. The installation of Windows 10 is clear and I install only drivers from windows update and nvidia GPU driver from their website. The computer bios is
    latest.

Xbox One Wireless Controller causes computer to crash after game exit

    Hey everyone

I've noticed that after exiting a PC game, and turning off my Xbox One wireless controller, my computer more often than not crashes. It doesn't get a BSOD or anything, but the mouse moves VERY chopped, along with a very loud beep (sounds more like 'boop'..
lol) each time the cursor moves.

The only way I've been able to get rid of this problem is to do a hard shut down by holding the power button down. I try to not do this cause it's not the ideal way to shut down a computer, but if I just simply press the power key, it will say Shutting down
and never actually will. I think it's quite safe to say it is a driver issue, but since the controller is entirely plug & play there isn't much I know to do to troubleshoot it.

This problem is really frustrating because I run a Plex server and every time I want to play a game, I exit it and have to disconnect anyone from using my Plex. I also would simply like to not have to shut down my computer all the way down every time I'm
    finished with a game.

I've seen this issue mentioned online a few times but with no real solution. Others weren't sure what exactly is causing this issue but I've been able to basically recreate it at will. Hopefully you guys can help! BSOD every time I try to shut down computer - Driver Issues? :)

    Thanks!

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

There appear to be a lot of error reports from IRST, please try the following in the quote below (I'm aware you may be using ASMedia, but the reports are recent)

Warning Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.
Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Note Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

  6. Another BSOD happened when I resumed from standby. It was "DPC Watchdog violation".

I think it might have to do with the graphic driver? Everytime I change the driver version, different problems arises.
