    BSOD: hal.dll, ntoskernal.exe and nvlddmkm.sys

Apologies in advance as I am not very tech savvy. I will do my best to provide the necessary info to diagnose my issue.

Background: Bought this pc about 3 months ago through cyberpower, after a month of use the gpu started causing issues, eventually I sent the pc back and they determined it was a defect gpu and replaced it with a new one. Then, about a month after using it I received my first BSOD with error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I tried to find minidumps for the issue but I didn't have the option enabled so I did not get one, but I did recover 3 watchdog files and I opened them via bluescreenviewer and it stated that it was an nvlddmkm.sys related issue (I've attached those watchdog files in my drive below). After 3 days I received another BSOD, this time the error stated MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION. This time I've located both the minidump and the memory.dmp files and I have also attached them in my fileshare link.

    Here are my PC's info:

    OEM INTEL CORE I5-9600K 3.70GHZ
    GIGABYTE AORUS RGB 8GB DDR4 3200MHZ MEMORY
    ASUS PRIME Z390-P
    NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB
    Windows 10 Home
    1TB HDD 3.5 SATAIII 7200RPM
    250GB SAMSUNG 860 EVO SERIES

Here is what the bluescreenviewer says about my second BSOD:

So far the steps I've taken:
    1. sfc scan in cmd, after the first bsod I did this and it said it detected and fixed 1 corrupted file. I used this again after the second bsod and nothing came up.
    2. Intel CPU diagnostic showing my cpu passing every check
    3. I reinstalled the latest nvidia driver via their website (version 417.35) through the DDU method via safe mode.
    4. chkdsk command in cmd, which came up with nothing.
    5. windows defender virus scan and malewarebytes scan, nothing.

NOTE: Many have stated that this might be an overclocking issue, however I've never tried to OC it as the cpu turbo boosts to 4.6 by itself and that's good enough for most games I play. I've also been monitoring my temps ever since the first bsod and the temps were normal, 30ish idle for cpu, 55 ish under load during games, gpu around 50 ish during games.

Finally, here is my drive containing the dmp files I mentioned:
    https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1ZqJ3IhHHab1...

Really sorry for the long post guys, I just want to provide as much as I can and if there is anything else I need to provide please let me know. I just wan't to know what aspect of the issue it is and I really hope its not my gpu being faulty for the second time....

    Thanks!

    :)
