    BSOD: driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (e2xw10x64.sys)

    Hello,

My girlfriend brought a BSOD to my attention while she was on my computer today. She was watching YouTube videos and playing some games on Facebook Apps when she got the BSOD. The information she gave me was directly from the screenshot of the error information
    which is stated below.

    driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

    ERROR: e2xw10x64.sys

Any idea of what caused this?

UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP while playing a game

    Hello.

So after a while, and for no particular reason, the kernel errors stopped. However, they were replaced by another, more devastating and frequent BSOD error (happens when playing any game and EVEN when watching youtube videos fullscreen!).

It says VIDEO_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL and happens about once an hour now.

Here is my memory.dmp. Please help. I can't do anything, can't get a refund either.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    1) winver (in the pop up about windows > view your windows version and build > type this information into the thread)

    2) sfc /scannow

    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    4) chkdsk /scan

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on copy > paste into the thread

    5) Uninstall all Nvidia drivers/softwareThe best way to do this is to uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your Graphics card manufacturer or from the NVidia website.
When you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.6.7:
Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download

    6) Open device manage
expand each audio inputs and outputs; and sound video and game controllers
    look for xmosusbaudiost30A5_x64.sys
right click > view properties > view driver > uninstall
reinstall: USB Audio Class 2.0 Software | XMOS

    7) Turn off windows fast startup:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    8) run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes. When it completes please make an image and post into the thread
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.

9)Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.
The bios in your computer: BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. E16F4IG6.70C, 22.07.2013

Please check to see if this is the most up to date version.

To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.

Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.
So please make sure your files are backed up.
Please make a backup image with Macrium:

And please create a restore point.

Something u have to learn here. The result of an analysis should not be a collection of information which you then post here. Please think about what the individual problems could have together and then make a decision what the solution might be. You make it really easy for you and complicate the work of the other bsod analysts here in the forum. In addition, you make sure that the user may do many unnecessary things until the problem is solved.

There are many different bugchecks in the dumpfiles with different drivers.
What would be the first step when you summarize the survey of all bluescreens?

    Code: 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL CAUSED BY: usbehci.sys 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL CAUSED BY: memory_corruption 0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT CAUSED BY: memory_corruption 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED[/quote]

  6. The cause for different error codes are usually hardware and lower level problems.

Memtest should be the first thing the user should do (especially when memory_corruption is shown in the dumps). Having an eye on the disks would be meaningful too, because memory_corruption refers to any type of memory. For this your eventlog diagnose which u use, is perfect.
