Windows 10: BSOD Help... please.

I recently got into streaming in my downtime, and here lately I have been getting an kmode_exception_not_handled Blue Screen, upon opening Event Viewer, the critical error I'm getting is Event ID 41 Task 63.

I've recently stumbled into someone else having problems and they asked for minidump files... I believe I set them up correctly, but I may not have. I'm new to all of this.

This is the three minidumps I've had since I've hard reset my computer, thinking it was drivers, etc.

This code ONLY happens while I'm streaming. I can game all night without a single problem, but I load up a stream and it goes for about an hour and crashes.


I currently have a Ryzen 5 3600x, 32 GB Corsair Vengeance @ 3000mhz, ASUS RoG B450F Mobo, 2070 MSi Armor 8GB Graphics Card, 2TB Seagate HDD, 500GB Western Digital SSD.


I have hard reset, reinstalled windows, drivers, reseated everything besides my cpu at this point, checked all connections, etc. I'm just lost for what I'm looking for.

BSOD Help!

Disable hardware accel in your browsers. Also aumha.org for bsods listing. Turn on power saving for your gcs(set to oc in games but not webbrowsing)

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please follow this suggestion for the BSOD

1. Please open BitDefender and go to the modules,
2. Go to the firewall settings,
3. Uncheck 'Block port scans in the network',
4. Reboot your system <-- IMPORTANT
