BSOD in Desktop

This is possibly the reason for the dump problem, there are paging errors on different hard drives.
Please run below tests on all hard drives or partitions.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
• the error scan,
• the health,
• the benchmark incl. following
• transfer rate,

Am I guessing it right that you've performed chkdsk in Windows Explorer?

If so, please enter following commands
Code: chkdsk C: /r
The partition needs to be unmounted, please enter Y to schedule it on reboot and reboot your system.
It could take several hours for the command to finish, please just let it run even when it may look like it is stuck or frozen.

Please run this command for all partitions and upload the logs *Smile

A thing to add, please keep an eye on the spin retry count attribute on the ST3500320AS. Increasement of the amount of spin retries indicates that the hard drive mechanism fails what means that the hard drive would need to be replaced or removed.

That was only as example, I didn't find it worthy to write it down for every partition you have *Wink

Thank you for the chkdsk log, Windows has changed a few things.
You may want to run chkdsk a few times on each partition, it'll help with the file system health *Smile

Ok , i see, thank you.
One thing , you talk about keep an eye on the spin retry count attribute on the ST3500320AS, how can i do that, run HDD tune on occasion, or how ? And how to see if it-s bad, or need to replace the HDD ?

thank you

Once in a short while open HDTune and check if either of the values of the SRC changes.
Remember to make a screenshot of it or note the values down.
If you're wondering what those parameters such as threshold and data mean
HD Tune Help
A FYI for why I tell you to keep an eye on it, from the HDTune FAQ

A write failure does not sound very good *Sad
Please try the command again on the G partition.
Code: CHKDSK discovered free space marked as allocated in the volume bitmap. Write failure with status 0xc0000015 at offset 0x7471060200 for 0x200 bytes.
Have another write failure, i think.

Please try the same command, only this time use /b parameter instead.

/b parameter includes /r parameter + clears the list of bad clusters on the volume and rescans all allocated and free clusters for errors.
