Windows 10: BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + hal.dll

So recently I have been getting BSODs, I did a clean installation of Windows10 hoping this process will put an end to these issues but I was wrong. After two days, I get this BSOD with the error code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I've searched for the cause of this specific BSOD and I ended up doing a memtest but to no avail... Later on, I installed my LAN driver from my MB manufacture website and after 10 mins I got another BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation which on BlueScreenView it says it was caused by hal.dll
P.S I had a lot of BSODs with the Windows10 version 2004 so I did I clean installation to 1903

BSOD - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hi,

I have been experiencing BSODs in the last 4 days.

The last BSOD showed me "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and I don't know what happened.

(I forgot what the previous BSODs error, I believe it was not "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL").

HAL DLLs error on XP

Sorry for my noobness but I didnt really understand completely what HAL is ,but
to cut to the chase, is it a harware or sofware problem I am having?

What I understood is that HAL helps my computer comunicate with the other components.
