Windows 10: BSOD IRQL_Unexpected_Value( IRQL and Webpage)

Hi, at this time im not really asking for the answer to the BSOD, i think it may be my video driver out of date. I will update it and then if i still get the BSOD ill get back to you.

However my question is what does a webpage have to do with the BSOD. I can access any webpage normally and not get the BSOD with the exception of the paypal login page.

Whenever i go to the paypal US login page i get the BSOD and this error

So my question is what would the paypal login webpage have to do with processor values in IRQL... I guess maybe i may need to learn what IRQL is ?

Rather strange at the moment.


UPDATE: well BSOD still happens just on the paypal login page... paypal.com works fine, its when i get to the login page that this happens.... strange.... ill try a clean boot and see what happens. Anti virus is fine, malwarebytes is fine, sfc is fine...

Recently I have been getting the IRQL_UNEXPECTED_VALUE error where windows cuts to a blue screen and restarts. I only seem to have this issue when betting online at betway.com. I've upgraded to Window 10 a several of months ago and it has crashed 1st time
now. Could anybody knows how to resolve the issue? Thanks!

1) When are you getting this error?

2) Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

Please try installing all the latest Windows Updates and check if it helps or not. As per your issue, I would suggest you to check your network adapters from
Device Manager:

• Open Device Manager by pressing
  Windows key + X, click on Control Panel; select
  System and Maintenance.
• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate Network Adapters and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on
  Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

Thanks for the link, yeah did a safe boot and page works fine. So it has to be something in full startup that is not updated or corrupted. Ill check out the link.... thanks so much *Smile

I'm having the exact same problem on my Windows 10 desktop. I can access any webpage, but when I try to access Paypal's login page I get this blue screen, an IRQL unexpected value thing and the system restarts. Have you figured out yet how to solve this?

Hi, no sir. Awhile back a MSI rep told me to uninstall the MSI live update because it was not very good, he told me that i would have to find the programs manually and update them. I removed the software but all this time i have forgotten about updating. So now that there is a new version of the MSI live update released. I thought i would give it a try.

It told me i had a bunch of stuff outdated, so i ran the update. Also ran windows update and also Nvidia update and a few others. Even after all those updates, the same thing happens. No clue as to why as of yet.

Question do you have MSI motherboard and running Nvidia as well ?

But I don't use Live Update.
All programs and drivers are updated. Found some other clues I'm gonna follow up tomorrow. It's getting kinda late here in Europe. I'll come back when I found something.
