    Pretty much everything has been ruled out.
    Only PSU and mainboard are left.

    I replaced the power supply a few years ago, so it probably just leaves the mobo. Thanks

    That doesn't rule out the PSU. The PSU could fail in the meantime.

    This started for me about 1 month after upgrading to Windows 10. I have already run most of these tests, however since it will only run for 20-30 minutes before BSOD they don't really get much time to work. SFC found no errors. My PSU is Thermaltake which I trust but it's about the only thing I have left to try. I have a spare PSU I kept when I upgraded to a higher wattage. First I am going to unplug all peripherals and see how long it goes. If it makes it more than an hour, that would be a world record and I'll start plugging things back in 1 by 1.
