Windows 10: BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure on Asus Laptop

Hi to all.
Since I upgraded from Win8.1 to 10 I had a few BSOD problems, first one was power related but If I keep my laptop plugged to ac it doesn't occures so I tryied to make a clean win10 installation and now it is even worse!
Each time I try to run Photoshop CC it gives me back BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure.
How can I solve this issue?

Are you using 361.43 version of nVidia driver ? If that is correct, rollback to 359.06 version and report back.

 

Remove every bypass on your system before proceeding!

After switching to the driver you suggested I can humbly (is this a word? sorry for broken english) say that Photoshop works.
Anyway it gave me a couple of driver power state failure, here is the dump.

 

What do you mean for bypasses?
