    Why are you running KMS then?

    What did you upgrade from, Windows 7, 8 or 8.1?
    Was that a legal, activated install? If yes then Windows 10 should have upgraded and activated with no problem.

    I suggest you contact Microsoft and see if they can help get you straight:
