  1. BSOD KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED while watching YouTube video on Chrome


    For the past two months I've been encountering this BSOD error about once every 2 weeks. It often happens when watching a Youtube/Twitch video and streams on Google Chrome after the computer was rebooted from sleep mode. This has never happened during gaming, only browser activities so far. I am not sure what's causing this BSOD error. I have tried:Running Window memory diagnostic tool I was not able to see the result since it restarted right after completion. Running in Safe mode: There was several ! marks in device manager. Then I tried updating them outside of safe mode, but it said

    We suggest that you try the workaround suggested on DonchakVS's reply on August 5, 2015 and check if it resolves the issue:

    Load this checklist video in Edge: (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier) Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...

    Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

    I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
