Windows 10: BSOD KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Hello everyone, i just switched to AMD and fresh installed windows on my PC but since then my PC keeps crashing whenever I try to stream with the errors like KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I haven't overclocked anything. Running everything stock and it only crashes if i stream using OBS or any other software. If i just play game it wont crash or give me blue screen. I've tried updating all the drivers but it doesn't seem to help. I am also attaching a screenshot of the BlueScreenViewer if it helps.

I've fresh installed windows 4 times now and updated all the drivers that I could. Please help how i can fix this.

Haven't had a Blue Screen yet for Driver Verifier as it generally happens while gaming and i've been running tests instead
