BSOD Memory Management 0x1a-- 0x41202 and 0x41792 (Both PTE corrupts)

    Windows 10 Home v. 10.0.19042 Build 19042

Two crashes, same Memory management BSOD error:

    1st bugcheck: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000041202, 0xffff8801201f0168, 0xc6ffffff00000420, 0xffffdb8f08959d80)

    2nd bugcheck (Uploaded set): 0x0000001a (0x0000000000041792, 0xfffffb80aab8a100, 0x7e00000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)

Ran memtest for over 24 hours with no problems.
Currently system info shows: Installed ram at 32 gb but total physical memory at 31.9 and available physical memory at 26.9. Is this a problem?

    Thanks in advance.

    :)

  2. BSOD NEED HELP

Having BSOD almost everyday now I need help please.

    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\041520-7046-01.dmp

This was probably caused by the following module: hardware.sys (hardware)

    Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x41792, 0xFFFF87BFFEED0080, 0x200000000000, 0x0)

    Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred. A corrupted PTE has been detected.

This might be a case of memory corruption. This may be because of a hardware issue such as faulty RAM, overheating (thermal issue) or because of a buggy driver. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: hardware.sys .

    Google query: hardware.sys MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

    Multiple BSOD

    Bug Check 0x1A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

    Bug Check 0x1A MEMORY_MANAGEMENT - Windows drivers

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSODs, accompanied by occasional app crashes/GPUTDR.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSODs, accompanied by occasional app crashes/GPUTDR.

The relevant Parameter appears to be 0x41284 which means, A PTE or the working set list is corrupted, which in itself means nothing to most of us poor Windows users. I still wonder if this is not just bad RAM?

Is it possible to remove one stick of RAM for testing purposes and then test all sticks one at a time (that's is you have multiple sticks of RAM, otherwise it is a daft suggestion on my part).

  4. BSOD Memory Management 0x1a-- 0x41202 and 0x41792 (Both PTE corrupts)

Need help with Memory Management error 0x1a with parameter 1 0x3f

    Hi there,

I get the famous BSOD with the severe memory management error bug check 0x1a. When investigating I found that the parameter 1value of the bug check is 0x3f which is nowhere documented (at least, I haven't found it anywhere).

Does anyone know what this could be? The crash happens several times a day and it's getting on my nerves.

This is a new Lenovo G70-80 computer bought with Windows 10.

    i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40 GHz

    8.00 DB RAM

    64-bit

    Thanks

    Peter
