Windows 10: BSOD memory managment then laptop stuck on a black screen

Hi all,


Windows 10 on an Asus F510U bit more than a year old

I had a BSOD with a memory management error, It says that they are going to restart the laptop for me...so I let it load until 100% then it turned itself off and didn't really restart. After a while I restarted myself and got another error code that I didn't copy...sorry but it was about safe mode and the fact that I didn't let it restart itself properly. Now it doesn't start at all only the 2 power lights are on

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works

 

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
