Windows 10: BSOD - Missing 'Run as Administrator' from Right Click Command Prompt Menu

Currently logged on as administrator it's the only user account on my device. I can confirm this using Start > 'my name' > Change account settings - it reflects that I am an AdministratorAfter tons of BSODs, decided to remove several programs and restart. Now sound does not play. 1 As such, I attempt to run SFC but now typing cmd on run does not bring up 'Run as administrator'. I will like to have it back for convenience. Command Prompt as Administrator.

Command Prompt is already in the Start menu, it's in 'All apps' under 'Windows System'. You could pin this to start. A right-click then lets you choose run as administrator in 'More >'.

 

command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?

Hello:

I recently upgraded to the latest version of Windows. Winver shows: Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.138

When right clicking the Start button the menu appears, however the Command Prompt option is missing. There is no option to select Command Prompt Administrator.

Does anyone know how to rebuild the Start menu and bring back the Command Prompt as well as the ability to run the CMD as an Admin?
