Windows 10: BSOD ntkrnlmp.exe on Windows 10

I'm getting a BSOD on Windows 10, RS4, revision 165. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Debug says it's ntkrnlmp.exe that is the offending file.


Hardware is SurfaceBook, first generation.

Drivers all appear to be up to date.

it says that it regards the BIOS. . . . ?
